AR Kartz is a new indoor circuit at Panattoni Park, Goddards Green, on the edge of Burgess Hill. It opened in April and runs a purpose-built indoor track with a high-performance electric fleet, sitting between Brighton, Haywards Heath and Crawley.

The Circuit

The track is indoors and purpose-built, with electric karts. AR Kartz does not publish a track length or top speed, so we have not listed either — ask when you book if the figures matter to you. There is a maximum driver weight of 115kg.

Cadet karts run for drivers from age 8 with a minimum height of 125cm, and adult karts from 14 with a minimum height of 150cm.

Lap times. AR Kartz have confirmed a fastest public lap of 26.7 seconds, with the quickest staff time at 26.5 seconds (venue-confirmed, July 2026). Two tenths between the best customer and the people who drive it every day is a narrow margin, and a fair sign the circuit rewards consistency more than local knowledge.

Who Should Visit

One thing sets this venue apart and deserves saying plainly: AR Kartz describes itself as an advocate for SEN and welcomes children with additional needs. Very few kart circuits make that commitment explicitly, and for a parent trying to find somewhere that will accommodate their child, that is worth knowing before you ring round.

Beyond that the format list is broad: 15-minute sessions for kids, families and adults, paired timed sessions, F1 race formats including exclusive hire, and beginner sessions with an optional instructor. Corporate events, parties, stag and hen bookings and one-to-one tuition are all catered for.
