It has been running since 1989, which the venue says makes it one of the longest-established indoor karting centres in Europe — a long time to still be operating in a business where sites come and go.

The Circuit

The headline is the length: the indoor layout stretches to around 900 metres, which puts it among the longest indoor circuits in the country. Most indoor tracks run 300 to 500 metres, so this is roughly double the usual, and it changes the character of a session completely — a lap becomes something you build rather than something you snatch.
